Four unidentified youths one of which is wearing half military ensemble which has a Canadian military insignia on one of the buttons.

In case you hadn't noticed, the young man standing at right is also the subject of an individual photograph: number 13 in the complete set. Presumably it was taken on the same day. I can't imagine the kid wore that rosette every day.
